By downloading, installing, or using PathFill ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Use any automated means to access or use the App

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Available in-app purchases include:

  • Remove Ads (non-consumable)
  • Point Packs (consumable)

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. You may remove ads through an in-app purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of PathFill and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Game Center

The App integrates with Apple Game Center. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Game Center services.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
